Before You Begin

01 General Terms & Conditions

Khalagar is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Khalagar and its users, and apply to the Khalagar website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By using Khalagar's services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Khalagar's services.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account at Khalagar:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, bank account, or phone number is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be submitted.

Khalagar reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, Khalagar reserves the right to close the account and withhold any remaining balance.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on the Khalagar platform are handled through a secure and transparent process. Key rules regarding deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 300.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Khalagar reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

04 Betting Rules

All bets on Khalagar are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Betting rules:

• Once a bet is successfully placed, the system will instantly send a confirmation message.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and your funds will be refunded.
• Khalagar uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, certified by an independent third party, to determine game outcomes.
• For Sports Betting, the official result is always final.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet amounts are set individually for each game.

Khalagar reserves the right to review any bet and void its outcome if evidence of a system error or manipulation is found.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Khalagar offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Key terms regarding bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x.
• The welcome bonus is available only once, on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from your bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Khalagar reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of bonuses.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khalagar. Any breach of these rules will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the Khalagar system.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your own account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Spreading false information in the name of Khalagar.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

Khalagar is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Khalagar offers the following features:

• Option to set personal deposit limits.
• The option to voluntarily self-exclude for a chosen period of time.
• Access to reports on your gaming session duration and spending.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Khalagar reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of account registration using false information is found.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
